CASTLE ERP Backup

Purpose
CASTLE ERP Backup is intended to create and maintain encrypted database backups in an administrator-authorized Google Drive account.
Information processed
The application may process database backup archives containing business information, file metadata, and Google account authorization information required for Drive access.
Google Drive access
Google Drive authorization is used for backup upload, listing, verification, recovery, and retention management as permitted by the administrator.
The application is intended to use only the permissions needed for its backup operations. Google account authorization can be revoked through Google Account settings.
Security and storage
The planned production configuration encrypts backup archives before they are uploaded to Google Drive. Access credentials and encryption keys must be protected separately.
Backup information is not intended to be sold, used for advertising, or shared with advertising services. Google Drive is used as an authorized off-site storage provider.
Retention and deletion
The planned automated retention period is 30 days, subject to backup verification and recovery safeguards. Authorized administrators can also remove backups and revoke Google Drive access.
